Appications are now open to the Innovation Accelerator at the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) for a chance to get access to mentorship, financial support, and WFP operations, partners and technical experts. These are all you need to scale your operations and make an impact.
You are to register as a team, which if selected, will be invited to participate in a Bootcamp, to be held 4th -8th June 2018 in Munich, Germany.
In the bootcamp, you will be required to use design thinking and lean start-up methodology to deep dive field-level challenges, ideate solutions and refine project plans, alongside mentors and industry experts.
This weeklong intensive program will culminate with Pitch Night on 8th June, 2018. The Pitch Night is an opportunity for projects to shine in front of investors and industry leaders, which will further increase the chances of the innovation to reach a wider range of people.
In addition, teams may also get the opportunity to develop their projects through a Sprint Programme. With this programme, they are eligible to receive up to USD 100,000 in funding, field access, and hands-on support.
Deadline for the application is set at 1st April 2018. Interested? Start-ups and companies can apply here
