About the challenge
The Google Impact Challenge is one that, in confirmation of Google’s CEO Sundar Pichai’s visit to Nigeria, wants to supports nonprofits and social enterprises. These enterprises must have game-changing ideas to create economic opportunity in their communities to be selected.
It is a platform that avails local innovators with an opportunity to tell how exactly they would make their community–and beyond–an even better place. The challenge, which is new to Nigeria as a country, would be judged by both the public and a panel of local Judges. Both judge parties would vote for the ideas with the most potential.
Google.org pairs each winner with a package of strategic support, funding and Google volunteers.
